4. Processing of statistical data on waste, packaging, water and air

5. Introduction of proposals for ensuring compliance with the legislation measures and meeting the conditions of individual state entities

6. Suggesting the measures for elimination of identified defects and delivering requirements and demands of the management.

7. Submitting proposals and suggestions if work by authorized personnel is needed (ensuring an appropriate method of collection, recovery or disposal, delivery of expertise, etc.)

8. Proving work by a qualified professional in the field of operation of public sewerages including wastewater treatment plant - as per § 5 paragraph 1 Act 442/2002 on public water supply and public sewerages and amendments 276/2001 on regulation in network industries.

9. Proving work by a qualified professional as per Act 24/2006 on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), assessing the impact of strategies, plans, programs, politics and concepts on the environment.

Attachment 1: Certificate 577/2012/OEP as of 13 April 2012 on professional competence for the purpose of assessing the impacts on environment as per § 61 paragraph 8 Act 24/2006 on Environmental Impact Assessment and as per § 1 Act 113/2006 on details concerning the professional competence for the purpose of assessing the environmental impact.

10. Providing professional consulting v in the field of integrated prevention and Integrated environmental pollution control as per Act 39/2013

Attachment 2: Certificate 13881/2014 z 28 February 2014 on professional competence for professional consulting in the field of integrated prevention and environmental pollution control issued by the Ministry of Environment of Slovak Republic as per § 31 paragraph 1 letter c) on Integrated Prevention and Environmental Pollution Control Act 39/2013 and its amendments; and § 2 paragraph 9 as per regulation by the Ministry of Environment of Slovak Republic 183/2013 implementing the Act 39/2013 on Integrated Prevention and Environmental Pollution Control.
